MOLLIE KHINE

Mollie Khine is a convening designer and executive coach who has spent the last decade refining the art of how groups come together—to drive action, build alignment, or sometimes simply to build the trust and relationships that make meaningful collaboration possible.

She has designed high-stakes convenings at The Bellagio Center and has become an expert in convening design through work across industries—from intimate Jeffersonian-style dinners to leadership offsites to field-level convenings that align funders, leaders, and changemakers around complex challenges. She believes convenings are too important (and too expensive) to be treated as routine events, and specializes in designing for equity, managing complex dynamics with grace, and weaving creative elements into every gathering.

As an operator and company builder, Mollie joined Flatiron School as employee number 20 and scaled the organization to 500+ employees through two acquisitions. She built and led multiple functions—from program development to operations to people strategy—designing and re-designing organizational structures, creating OKRs, managing talent development, and navigating strategic product pivots. Her earlier career spans finance and investor relations at PwC, Avenue Capital, and Bridgewater Associates, as well as VP of Strategic Partnerships in the education sector.
