Haley Fletcher Bethune partners with individuals and organizations to drive meaningful change through coaching, facilitation, and training

Professional Experience
Haley is a co-founder of Leadership Cooperative, where she provides customized support organizations through coaching and facilitation. Drawing from her nonprofit leadership experience and background as a classroom educator, she is passionate about meeting each leader where they are and designing learning experiences that catalyze both personal and professional growth.

As the in-house facilitation expert, Haley thrives in the emergent space of discomfort—the place where individuals and teams stand before they've figured out the way forward. A certified 'Workshopper Master,' she is skilled at seeing ahead, asking the right questions, and guiding groups from uncertainty to clarity and action. She is also an ICF-certified coach who brings deep presence and insight to her work, truly seeing her clients and helping them uncover their own path to success.

Haley has worked in more than 50 countries, making her adept at navigating cross-cultural spaces and facilitating meaningful dialogue among diverse teams. Prior to her work at Leadership Cooperative, she began her career teaching middle and high school in Houston before transitioning into senior leadership roles within a global network of nonprofit organizations. Throughout her tenure, she managed multiple high-performing teams, designed and launched leadership development programs, and delivered countless virtual and in-person trainings, workshops, and conferences. Her work has helped build the capacity of leaders across 30 organizations worldwide, equipping them with the skills and confidence to thrive in their unique contexts.

Haley holds a Bachelor's Degree from Rice University and Master's Degrees from both the University of Denver and Rhodes University in South Africa. She completed her executive coach training through Brown University’s School of Professional Studies and continues to expand her expertise in leadership development and facilitation.

Personal Background
A proud Idaho native, Haley grew up in a valley between mountain ranges, where her love for wide-open spaces and big ideas began. She now lives in Boise with her husband, three energetic children, and a large extended family that keeps life full of laughter and sticky handprints. Haley thrives on adventure—whether chasing her kids through the backyard, embarking on road trips, or keeping up with her spirited 91-year-old grandmother.

When she’s not coaching or parenting, Haley can often be found tending to her ever-growing collection of houseplants (with mixed results), sipping coffee while dreaming up her next big idea, or supporting new parents as a birth doula. Her ability to hold space for people—whether in a coaching session or the early moments of parenthood—is a hallmark of her work and life.
